In 2014 street pigeons were invading different areas of Emily Carr University of Art + Design, namely the ceramics area. In this section of the school the pigeons were trapped and picked up by professional pest control. This project originated in an desire to include pet pigeons in my art piece as volunteers to protest against the treatment of the wild pigeons. I signed a contract with the breeder and the pigeons. Subsequently the pigeons were placed on a comfortable bed in the sculpture area of the university and could spend the whole day sitting and defecating on the sheets.
